Lawrence N. Porter
President and COO

Mr. Porter holds a B.A. degree from the University of Illinois and a J.D. from the Kent Law
School of the Illinois Institute of Technology. He began his career with Chicago's Inland
Steel Company and in 1977 joined its subsidiary, Inland Steel Container Co. He rose through
a number of positions in regional management, product development and national sales and
marketing. He remained with the company through acquisitions by Van Leer Container and Greif
Bros. Corporation. While with Van Leer Container, Mr. Porter organized one of the first
effective, national used drum collection networks. At ACN, he directs national and regional
sales personnel and develops the company's marketing programs.

Vance M. Smith III
Vice President National Accounts

Mr. Smith graduated from the University of Denver, and has been active in the industrial container
services industry since 1979. He was the owner of Bakerstown Container Corporation, the leading
container services facility in western Pennsylvania, and assumed his new role with ACN when ACN
acquired Bakerstown Container in 2003. Mr. Smith has also served as Chairman of the RIPA Board
of Directors. While his primary career focus has been on national sales, Mr. Smith has also developed
several technical innovations in container reconditioning. At ACN, he directs sales and service to
large, national accounts.

Christine Rasor
Manager Human Resources and Marketing Services

Ms. Rasor brings a powerful combination of management and container industry experience to ACN.
Her management experience includes serving as Vice President and General Manager of a large
personnel agency before joining Drum Service Co. of Florida in 1990 where she was the company's
Customer Service Manager. She understands the unique requirements of ACN customers – from
large, multi-plant national firms, to small, local companies. She is an expert in complex DOT shipping
regulations that apply to hazardous materials, as well as EPA regulations relating to management of
empty containers and materials residue, and is responsible for working with customers and container
suppliers as well as ACN sales representatives and operations staff.
