• To provide quality products and services to drum-using industries assuring the availability of a wide range of industrial packaging, especially reconditioned and remanufactured containers of proven integrity that meet all customer specifications and applicable government regulations, including those pertaining to the shipment of hazardous materials. Such container reuse conserves natural resources, saves energy, and provides significant packaging cost savings to drum fillers.

• To offer responsible used container management services to drum emptiers which shall ensure that all residues are removed, neutralized, and safely disposed of before the containers are either reconditioned for reuse as shipping containers or recycled for materials recovery. Such container management shall be in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and ensures proper disposition of the inevitable drum residues, reduces solid waste disposal problems, and protects the environment.
